We do this through hiring high-quality, experienced and passionate caregivers who have a deep desire to make a difference in a patient’s life. The foundation of our company is built on integrity, and we continually strive to set the standard as leaders in the home healthcare industry that others will follow.
About Us
VIP CARE began with the idea that passion, positive energy, and excellent care are all possible when you treat the people around you like VIPs. Whether it is our caregivers, co-workers, family members or patients, they are ALL VIPs in our minds. With over 35 years of experience in the home healthcare industry, we have seen many things - good and bad. From that experience, we have learned the recipe for success in providing exceptional care at the doorstep of our community while taking care of the people that make it happen. Patient care is our top priority, and we believe that VIP CARE’s patients and family members feel the passion that this company has for first-class service. John Corrigan
John has over 25 years in Home Healthcare. John is a Veteran of the US Navy. He served in the Gulf War and credits his time in the military in making him the leader and manager that he is today. He is passionate about helping our Veterans receiving services that they deserve. John has a servant’s heart and strongly believes in doing the things that you love. “I feel truly blessed to be part of such a great organization that is making a difference in patients’ lives” John said. John is a native to South Florida and enjoys sports including golfing and spending time with his family.

Leigh-Ann Figueira
Leigh-Ann is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in home healthcare and oversees the clinical operations, sales, and quality assurance for VIP CARE. Leigh-Ann’s extensive background in care coordination has fostered her passion in collaborating with the community and combining forces to provide unrivaled, high-quality, dependable care to those in need in South Florida. Leigh-Ann has a high standard for VIP CARE, its employees, and the services it offers and strongly believes that hard work pays off when you when you appreciate and collaborate with those around you. Leigh-Ann once said, “Greatness comes from a purposeful effort of providing more than expected every day and in every circumstance and never accepting less than the best. Do this while appreciating and inspiring those around you, and success will follow.” Leigh-Ann is a graduate from University of Alabama in Huntsville where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Leigh-Ann enjoys spending time with her family, watching football, boating and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Meet the Team
Tony Barceló
Community Liaison
Tony is the Community Liaison at VIP CARE. Tony started his healthcare journey as a case manager/social worker for the Epilepsy Foundation and the Miami Jewish Health Systems assessing and coordinating comprehensive care by advocating for patients in need and working with community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
He later used his care coordination and advocacy skills as a community liaison for SNFs and spent 8 years as a patient care coordinator organizing home health services for skilled and non-skilled care. Tony has a sincere passion to connect with the community to identify patients in need of private duty services and use his expertise to make it a seamless process with customer service at the center.
Tony has been married to his wife, Megan, 9 years and they have 2 boys ages 5 and 6. Tony enjoys riding motorcycles, his 1983 vintage Chevy C 10 square-b and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with his sons.
Cristina Fernandez
Office Coordinator
Cristina is one of the office coordinators at VIP CARE. Cristina’s passion has always been to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. With a background in Psychology and an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management, Cristina provides compassionate care while understanding both the emotional and operational aspects of home health care. Cristina’s goal is to cultivate empathy and deliver effective solutions, ensuring that the team, clients, and caregivers feel valued, supported, and well-served.
Cristina is originally from Panama and outside of work, Cristina enjoys outdoor activities and staying active, which keep her energized and motivated to bring a compassionate and dedicated approach to her role every day.

Amy Garcia
Office Coordinator
Amy Garcia is one of the office coordinators at VIP CARE. With 6 years of experience in the home care industry and a background in Physical Therapy, Amy is dedicated to bringing personalized care to our patients.
Having worked hands on with patients and coordinated with caregivers, her compassion is at the heart of everything she does. Amy’s goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where caregivers can thrive, and our clients can feel at ease in their home.
Amy is a native from South Florida and outside of her work life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 9-year-old daughter.
